Product’s Details: Our DIY Cough Syrup Kit ( Net. Weight. 3 oz.) makes 32 ounces of herbal cough syrup.  All you need to prepare the cough syrup is filtered water, a jar to store the syrup in, two cups of raw honey, and lemon juice.

Echinacea is a powerful and beneficial herb used by people around the world to help maintain good health. Every part of the plant, from the roots to the flower petals, are bursting with vital nutrients. Echinacea is full of vitamin D, vitamin C, selenium, and zinc, polysaccharides, alkylamides, flavonoids, and polyphenols. Marshmallow Root is used to soothe coughs and soften phlegm in order to easily expel it. Directions: Empty the bag’s contents into a pot. Cover with eight cups of water ( 64 oz. of water) Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 30-40 minutes, or until the amount of liquid reduces in half. Cool to room temperature. Strain. Add two cups of raw honey and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir well and transfer to a clean mason jar. Store in the refrigerator or freeze.

Suggested Use: Take every 2 hours as needed: Adults: 1-3 Tablespoons. Children: 1-2 Teaspoons, Toddlers (Safe for 12 months +) 1/2 Teaspoon.

Do not exceed 6 doses in a 24 hour period.

Do not take continuously for a period of longer than two weeks.

Store in a container that can be shaken before use. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months or freeze for up to a year.
