Ingredients: Elderberries, rose hips, hibiscus, cinnamon stick, cloves
Directions: Put all ingredients in a large pot and cover with 8 cups of cold water. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low flame for 45 minutes. Push on the berries with a masher to release more juice. Cool and strain. Mix in 1 cup of local honey or maple syrup. Bottle and refrigerate.
Daily dosage: Adults: 1 tablespoon. Children 1 teaspoon. When exposed to a virus, take the same dose every two hours.
